Michael E. Rapier Surveying, Inc. acquired by Cummins Engineering Corporation (CEC)

Michael E. Rapier Surveying, Inc. is excited to announce that we have been acquired by Cummins Engineering Corporation and are now part of the CEC team! The entire Rapier staff has joined CEC’s newly formed Professional Land Surveying Department.  Both CEC and RSI were founded in 1998 by Michael D. Cummins, and Michael E. Rapier, respectively, and both ‘Mikes’ have enjoyed over 28 years of working together.  For over 17 years, RSI has provided surveying services to Cummins Engineering as well as various IDOT districts, county and municipal highway departments, developers, architects, consultants, and numerous private clients. Call on CEC for all of your surveying needs.
